The 40T/H green sand casting production line adopts a vertical boxless molding machine, which is composed of a host machine, a pouring section and a cooling section. A water pump is equipped at the bottom of the sand mixer to complete the quantitative addition of water, At the same time, a sampling window is set at the side of GS efficient rotator mixer to realize sampling inspection and measure the humidity, hardness and permeability of green sand. The mixed green sand is transported to the upper part of the vertical boxless molding machine through the sand conveying belt, and a sand loosening machine is equipped on the belt to ensure that the mixed green sand reaches the fluffy state. The sand shaker uses the conveyer shakeout and knockout barrel, and both are equipped with dust hoods to connect the dust remover, It can quickly remove dust and reduce dust in the old sand. At the same time, it is equipped with magnetic separator to remove and separate iron impurities in the old sand, so as to protect the whole casting production line from damage. Riddle screens clay blocks and sand blocks in the old sand. Multi cooler is equipped with a temperature measuring and humidifying device, which can be cooled by spraying water and equipped with a high-pressure fan to remove heat through blowing, The internal double disk can realize the function of premixing the old sand. The bucket elevator vertically lifts the old sand to the sand storage silo. The whole green sand casting workshop is equipped with two sets of dust removers, one for dust treatment in the process of recovering the old sand, and the other for dust removal in the pouring area and electric furnace area.
